How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of full access after signing up. No credit card is required to start. At the end of your trial, choose a monthly or yearly plan to continue.
What counts as a “meeting”?
Any completed meeting in Granola that has a transcript. Meetings still in progress are skipped until they finish.
What happens if I hit the 200-meeting limit?
New meetings won’t be processed until your next billing cycle starts. Your existing tasks are unaffected, and the counter resets automatically.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Settings page or the Stripe customer portal. You keep access through the end of your paid period.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes. Manage your plan from Settings. If you switch from monthly to yearly, Stripe prorates the difference automatically.
Is my data secure?
All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never store your meeting transcripts — they are processed in memory and discarded. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe.
